I still can't believe that...
...my review of this book is BY FAR my most frequently visited blog page. I cut mish-mash Civil War county histories a lot of slack on this site and do have a high degree of affection for them in general, but I am always a bit disappointed that so many truly great books I feature here get search hit numbers negligible in comparison.
