Gordon Rhea's "On to Petersburg" (at last)
Finally, some solid information about Gordon Rhea's long-awaited fifth and final volume of his acclaimed Overland Campaign series. LSU Press is scheduled to release On to Petersburg: Grant and Lee, June 4-15, 1864
in August of 2017. ReplyDeleteThanks for this update. I'm one of the many people who have asked you about this. Looking forward to Gordon's completion of this fabulous history. Not sure what else could be written about the Overland Campaign. Ten years from the publication of Cold Harbor and I'm sure this volume will be worth the wait.
