by Craig L. Barry and David C. Burt (Schiffer Pub, 2013).With over 150 color photos, this is a beautifully presented historical catalog of British manufactured pistols, rifles, and accoutrements secreted through the blockade for the benefit of Confederate arms.
The Newsome book is absolutely outstanding. I am reviewing it for a magazine. It is simply first-rate. If you like deep tactical studies, this is for you.
