ReplyDeleteThis probably isn't the best place for this post, but I'll go ahead. I received my new issue of North & South last night. I was surprised to see in the ad from University of South Carolina Press announcing a new biography of Wade Hampton. The author's last name is Ackerman. This title slipped under my radar. Not really to difficult for that to happen with so much being published. I have a copy or the Wellman biography and would like to get the Cisco. Just wanted to give you a heads up?
