Important new T-M series by Donald S. Frazier
April 2008 will see the first volume of a four book series by Donald S. Frazier chronicling the Civil War in Texas and Louisiana from beginning to end. Fire In The Cane Field: The Federal Invasion of Louisiana and Texas, January 1861 - January 1863 (State House Press) will be followed by:

ReplyDeleteI was pleasantly surprised at the scope of the project. I believe initial plans were for a Sibley/Green brigade sequel-of-sorts to "Blood and Treasure", and now we have this expansive four volume series. I couldn't be more pleased at its prospects.
