ReplyDeleteThis second edition of the sold-out Flames Beyond Gettysburg is a much improved book, with all new maps by cartographer Steve Stanley. Since the publication of the first edition, so many people have sent me copies of previously unpublished diaries, letters, journals, etc. and hundreds of local newspaper have been loaded on-line, including some with interesting information previously not available to researchers.
There are more than 100 such new incidents, stories, anecdotes, and human interest stories that add depth and richness to the narrative.
