If they're getting $48 a pop, you'd think that they'd loosen up with a review copy. As it is, it looks like nothing but crickets on this (unless it's missed the stated release date by a good margin). Given the effusive Carmichael blurb, you'd think that it would have caught somebody's attention. As a Seven Days addict, I'd certainly welcome all of these fresh insights.
