2017 Nau Award
Congratulations are in order for Daniel Crofts. His book Lincoln and the Politics of Slavery: The Other Thirteenth Amendment and the Struggle to Save the Union (UNC Press, 2016) was announced on Monday by the Nau Center as the 2017 winner of the Bobbie and John Nau Book Prize in American Civil War Era History.
